Come and learn how to make your favorite foods using plant-based ingredients, such as Nuts, Seeds, and Coconut!

We’ll MAKE and SAMPLE (!):
– Milk from Nuts and Seeds (almond, cashew, hemp, etc.)
– “Sour Cream” (cashew, sunflower)
– Whip Cream
– “Cream Cheese”
– “Cheese”
– Kefir
– Yogurt

You’ll have a chance for hands-on experience if you so desire.
