A delicious way to lose extra weight. The objective of this meal plan is to nourish the body with the right fuel while allowing it to gradually cleanse itself. The low-grain veggie-heavy meals are nutritionally-balanced and supply the perfect amount of energy, assure enhanced absorption of nutrients and promote quality elimination of waste products.
A great variety of vegetables (including greens, beets and cabbage) and digestive herbs and spices help to provide a balanced cleansing-nourishing balance of the meals.
These meals bring about a more pronounced weight loss, anti-inflammatory and cleansing effect compared to the Standard Plant-Based plan.
Most dishes contain up to 3 cups worth of food including vegetables, legumes and, less so, whole grains. In this plan we use both raw and cooked ingredients. Legumes are pre-soaked and, in many cases, sprouted to ensure highest enzymic content to help with digestion.
The Weight Control plan shares similar meals with the Standard Plant-Based but is lower in grains and other carbs. We recommend supplementing our meals with any amount of vegetables, if needed.
Each week we make six completely different dishes! If you are, for example, ordering 12 meals, you will be provided with 2 sets of the six meals.
