SHIPPING
Please allow 3-7 and up to 21 days (on free shipping) for the order to arrive. Due to global supply chain challenges the carrier may experience delays.


RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

As it is a perishable high-quality no-preservatives product, all returns must be postmarked within  (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new, sealed, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Any product issues must be reported immediately upon discovery to the email listed on the website, accompanied by applicable photographs. 


RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting the condition of your returned item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

 

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.


EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. Attach a clear image of the damage.
